Preparing Action Plans for a Post-2020 Climate Change Regime in Asia

A side event at the COP 21 in Paris to highlight the opportunities for Asia to contribute to a low-carbon development pathway. The event "Preparing Action Plans for a Post-2020 Climate Change Regime in Asia" was jointly organised by the  Climate Change Center (Korea), the Center for Climate and Sustainable Development Law and Policy (CSDLAP) of Seoul International Law Academy and the SUSTAIN EU-ASEAN project.

The event took place on Friday 11th December, 2015 and was opened by Duck-Soo Han, Chair of the Board of Directors, Climate Change Center, and Former Prime Minister, Republic of Korea. Speakers included: John Byrne, University of Delaware, Haibin Zhang, Member of the Global Advisory Board of CSDLAP, John Byrne, University of Delaware, Richie Ahuja, Regional Direct for Asia, Environmental Defense Fund and Oliver Lah, from the SUSTAIN EU-ASEAN project.  

This project has received funding from the European Union's Seventh Framework Programme for research, technological
development and demonstration under grant agreement no 603218.
